Shipping and Returns

Our objective is to ensure your complete contentment with your purchase from us. You can trust that your orders will be rapidly processed and carefully provided. In case of any discontent, you can contact us through our email given in our contact page on the website.

When placing your order at our website, do not fill in a box address unless you are certain that the details are 100% correct and you are certain you can receive the goods at that address.

Currently we only offer one type of shipping – standard shipping. For this shipping option, once the package arrives in your country, your local post office will transport the package to you.

Standard Shipping takes between 1 to 4 weeks. Your shipment will be dispatched from either China, Singapore or Indonesia, depending on warehouse availability. Courier shipments will be sent by the courier of our preference and may vary depending on availability and destination.

All our shipments are by registered post and the shipping company would provide a unique tracking number for each shipment. We would email the customer the tracking number once we have it, and a link to see the progress of the tracked shipment.

When the package arrives, there must be someone (not necessarily you) to sign to acknowledge receipt of the parcel. If the postman finds no one is at home after 1-2 visits, he will leave a door tag/slip with details for you to self-collect your package at your post office.

We do not advocate shipping to APO/AFO addresses as this can cause serious delays in delivery times and we cannot be held liable should the parcel get lost in transit.

We aim to deliver orders within 28 days. Failing which, we would get our fulfilment centre to do the necessary tracking. If this yields no result, we will reship a fresh new package to the customer at no extra charge.

All exchanges and refunds require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please email us (see our contact page for our email) to obtain a RMA number.

Shipping fees are not refundable.
If a customer gives an invalid or erroneous address, there would be no refunds.
